Can't Download Documents from Collection

I’m having trouble downloading my documents once they are saved to the Document Collection.

I go to press the download button next to the document that I want to download and it just has a rotating circle and won’t download.

Please help.

Is it possible that there is a browser window being opened up behind Word in either Edge or Internet Explorer that is not making itself visible?

Sometimes on Windows, this sort of thing can happen where the file is downloaded in the browser, but isn’t immediately shown.
