Hi, I recently purchased a Woodpecker subscription. Does each user that I added to my team have to install the software?

Good question. Each user must sign up for their own (free) Woodpecker account (sign up here) and install the add-in on their own device (learn more). Once they sign up, our system will automatically recognize them as a user on your team with access to the same features as your subscription tier. No further action is required.
IMPORTANT In order for our system to recognize them as a user on your team, they MUST sign up with the same email address as the one you provided to us. For example, if you gave us their work email, but they sign up with a personal email address, our system cannot recognize them as part of your team.
