How to format my fields: some of the instances will be in all caps and some of the instances will be in normal text

Hi, I am trying to add a field where some of the instances will be in all caps and some of the instances will be in normal text. Is there an efficient way to do this?

Hi LaytonWhitehead,

You have two options to automatically capitalize fields:

Option 1: create a separate Formula field that uses the UPPER() function to capitalize another field’s value.
You insert this field instead of your original field where you need the all-caps version.

State-ALL CAPS

Option 2: use Word’s native auto-capitalization function.
Select the placeholder in your document ( by clicking the 3 dots on the left side of the placeholder) that you wish to auto-capitalize, then press “Control + D” (PC) or “Command + D” (Mac) and click “All caps.”
