I’m trying to add a document to the Document Collection. I’m getting an error “Something went wrong while trying to save document to your collection”. I’ve tried multiple ways to resolve this (saving as, reducing file size etc.) with no luck. Any other ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. In order to upload to the document collection, the final document file size must be under 10 megabytes. Please note that before we upload documents to the collection, we encrypt the data for security purposes. This increases the file size by about 33% percent.
With that in mind, the absolute maximum a .docx file could be before uploading is 7.5 megabytes. However, if the document has several high resolution images in it, the encryption could increase the file size by more than 33%. Therefore, we suggest compressing images before inserting them into your document to make the document size as small as possible.
