Hi, can the system send a word document to the users email and not just to mine?

Thanks for reaching out!

You can customize your questionnaire with Advanced Settings:

  • If you want your client to receive a copy, turn on the “Send populated documents to submitter” settings.

  • If you want someone from your team to receive a copy, turn on the “Send final documents to an alternative email address” and list the email addresses.
