There are two options for sending a questionnaire and they function very differently.
1. Via Email: This option is a ONE-TIME use link. Once the link in the email has been used, the form expires.
2. Via Shareable link: This option is an EVERGREEN option. The link does not expire until you modify or delete the form. This is a great option if you want the questionnaire to be available on your website.
