Woodpecker- Outlook Integration

Do you have any resources on how to set up Woodpecker Questionnaire and Outlook integration?

Yes, we have! :slight_smile:

We have 2 pre-built Zap templates that you can use. This means we already built the workflow, you just have to fine-tune it. ( e.g. what exactly the message you want to send to your clients, or which questionnaires should trigger this email)

  1. Automatically send an email when a Woodpecker Questionnaire is submitted
  2. Create a draft email when a Woodpecker Questionnaire is submitted
  • Login into your Woodpecker account in the Trigger step

  • The second step is “Filter”: this ensures that this Zap only works with the questionnaire(s) you set up here. Please indicate your Questionnaire name(s) in the third textbox *

  • Customize the Outlook setup
    After you log in to your Outlook account, edit your Action. The required fields will be:
    -Where to send the email (Here you can select the Woodpecker Questionnaire submitter’s email address)
    -Subject Line
    -Body Format
    -Body text
    -Optionally you can add attachment(S), and cc/bcc people.
